Loved it until it glitched

Played every chance I got the first week I had it. Today I was playing and closed the app. Then deleted all my background apps (including the game) as I do every time. This time after I had 400Q in the bank it reset me back to the beginning. Would download again if I got all my gold and upgrades back.
